I’m Mathieu Odin, a photographer based in the Pyrenees. I create photo stories for people, events and brands whose work happens outdoors. I pay as much attention to gestures as to faces: effort, anticipation, encounters and the landscape around an adventure.

Climbing and adventure reportage

A field assignment can follow a climbing day, a gathering, a sporting event or an outdoor brand project. I look for a complete story: action, preparation, details and atmosphere. Depending on the usage we agree on, the photographs can tell that story on a website, in the press or on social media.

I would also like to document mountaineering adventures and mountain projects. Each assignment needs to be planned around the route, conditions, team and photographic needs. Tell me what you have in mind so we can discuss what is possible.
