A few days on a pig farm.
First stay with locals
November 21, 2021, on the road to the Basque Country, we arrived at a farm where we could stay for a few days to enjoy the landscape, take a few photos of the pigs and rest.
The spot is free: you can stay as long as you want in exchange for taking part, meaning buying the farm’s products. Direct-distribution charcuterie in exchange for staying there for free? What more could you ask for.
In the morning, when we woke up, the mist was present and the mountain was invisible.

On site, there were lots of improbable things to observe, like this abandoned tractor in front of the outdoor shower. And a direct view of the pigs. If someone had told me one day that I would shower under the gaze of pigs, I would not have believed it.
