First hike: Col d'Aubisque

At last, the mountains. I had only seen them once before in my life, in sixth grade, during a school ski trip. What a pleasure it was to discover the Pyrenees after months of waiting. For our first real mountain outing, we followed our guide to Col d’Aubisque.

We arrived in the clouds first: it was impossible to see more than ten meters ahead. Only after a few minutes of walking did the sun gradually make its way through to us. It left us speechless in front of the sublime landscapes that had been surrounding us from the start. I will leave you with a few photographs.
